You do not need to be physically present with me to receive the amazing benefits of distance healing.  Reiki is described as "Universal Life Force Energy" meaning the energy that runs through everyone & everything.  For these sessions I combine reiki & crystal healing together to amplify the energy.  Nothing has to be done on your end to receive other than being open & receptive to it.
